School Scare
I
just heard on our local news that a student at my HS was suspended
indefinatley after police found a "hitlist" of over 100 students at my
school.
I can't help but worry if my name was on there, because I'm one of the
more popular guys and they tend to be the most common on lists like
that.
I've never picked on anyone so I don't have to much to worry about but
who knows. I only live like 2 hours from Columbine, and good thing they
stopped this, or we coulda had another. I'm not sure who the kid was,
but I'm sure I'll find out soon.

Whoops...
They said Fountain, and then came back and said it was Falcon HS. Even
so, still good thing he stopped them. Oh yeah... I didn't mean 100
students but 10.

And I see that your schwartz is as big as mine!!
seriously, though, these hitlists are little more than an way of getting
rid of aggrivation. When I was a freshman, I knew a rather...
delusional
person who once told me he was going to bring a gun to school and shoot
everyone he didn't like. He told me he had a list and everything.
Needless to
say, he never did, the red-headed stepchild. He was just venting and
being a little dramatic, but he did scare the pants out of me for a day
or two.
This is quite common in our culture of movies and fashion. Students
don't usually go on shooting rampages like Columbine. Look into that
particular
issue of Columbine as it reeks of occult government involvement that was
motivated for the means of banning guns.

I was worried, because I have some messed-up kids at my school that probably WOULD do something like this...

at
my high school there was a period of time with bomb scares...I remember
a few times in one week there would be bomb threats called in, and we
would
all wait outside until they sweeped the building. lol. then, some kid
actually set off a dry ice bomb in a garbage can, which didn't do any
damage
to anyone (and wouldnt be powerful enough to) but still made everyone
feel uneasy. Then some other kids were caught "with a bomb" in school
according to my physics teacher who said they had been suspended...but
all these kids ended up back in school eventually. nothing else ever
happened.
then there's my middle school, where each year there would be a
different threat of people who were supposed to come shoot up the
school. I remember
my friends and I had thought up escape plans and everything, and on one
day that it was rumored to happen the administrators called people to
the
office asking about it, and police actually surrounded the building to
wait...nothing happened. The rumor was based on a kid being held at
gunpoint
in the school parking lot by someone who said they would be coming
back...this all had something to do with our dean who was later
convicted for
violation of paroll and child solicitation when he would buy things for
students, excuse them from punishments for misbehaving, etc...in hopes
of
having boys perform sex acts with him...he is currently in jail, but I
had him for nearly three years as dean at middle school. This school
was also
in a really bad neighborhood, so it figures, and it is now in terrible
shape (at the time was the best middle school in the area)...but yea,
that sums
up my experience with school violence.

They pegged me as a possible school shooter earlier this year, or wait, that was last month.
Apparently someone was supposed to shoot up the school on 4/20, and
there was alot of buzz around me, and for good reasons I guess.
I wear combat boots (with my pant legs tucked into them), wear a trench
coat, and at the last basketball game my friend Mac, (who happens to
wear a
black trench coat like mine), did a "Sieg Heil" during the national
anthem (for shock value), so they had us pegged as "Trench Coat Mafia."
My
"friend" Rose even said that I fit the profile of a school shooter that
she saw on 60 minutes. They also pinned it on me because 4/20 happens to
be
Adolf Hitlers birthday, and I seem to be the only one who promotes
National Socialist beliefs (not the stereotypical "White Power" bs you
hear
racists shouting, either). So it's not hard to label a school shooter.
I happen to be "not so popular," Gothic (in the sense that I wear
nothing but black, spike my hair in "devil" horns, and listen to music
like
Cradle of Filth and KoRn), and happen to be an emotionally disturbed
person, if you could call me that. So it's really no problem slapping a
label on
someone because they fit the stereotype. And no, I wasn't the one who
did the threat. On "Game day" (4/20) the Feds were all around the place,
watching, cop cars on nearly every corner around the school and a few
large unmarked black vans sitting around, I bet they were on standby. So
they
WERE prepared for something to happen.
(PS,
I'm not a white supremecist, can't even spell it, I'm a Native American,
Ojibwa, living on the Redlake Indian Reservation in Minnesota, and lets
not have this turn into a hardcore political discussion about my
political ideals, ok? )
